SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via standard ground shipping to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Total delivery time: 8-15 business days from order placement

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (as displayed at checkout)

Shipping Locations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may take additional time.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement may not be possible once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@odeliahevermore.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
