RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.


Return Shipping Costs


Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all standard returns (change of mind, wrong size/color, etc.)

Our responsibility: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items, damaged items, or if we shipped the wrong product

How to Initiate a Return


Contact us at support@odeliahevermore.com within 30 days of receiving your order

Provide your order number and reason for return

We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days

Ship the item back using the provided return address

Refund Processing


Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items)

Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@odeliahevermore.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
